Hilary Duff embroidered kids Luca and Banks’ initials into elegant wedding dress’ train – The Sun

HILARY Duff gave a sweet nod to her beloved children by embroidering their initials in the train of her Jenny Packham wedding dress.

The Younger actress, 32, showed off the sweet detail in a new Vogue video posted after she married boyfriend Matthew Koma this weekend.

Luca, 7, and Banks, 14 months, were also front-and-center during the at-home ceremony, she explained.

Hilary said: "They're part of our ceremony and, obviously, the biggest part of our life."

Hilary and Matthew's initials along with the date of the wedding were also embroidered on the lining.

In the video, Hilary also showed off Banks' adorable dress, which designed as well, and included a pink velvet belt, puffed sleeves and a huge bow in the back.

The proud mom gushed: "It's the cutest thing I've ever seen.

"She's only 14 months old, but she was fluffing the sleeves and…just kept bouncing up and down. It was so cute."

But as precious as Banks' dress was, Hilary couldn't help but hope her own dress is one day passed down to her daughter.

She said: "Maybe someday Banks will want to wear my dress. She can add to it."

Hilary looked breathtaking on her big day, saying the dress was everything she wanted and more.

She said: "The end result of what we came up with Jenny and my gown is exactly how I wanted [Matthew] to see me.

"I think how he would envision what I would look like as a bride, you know, not some big, poofy beaded thing.

"It would be very, like, gorgeous but toned down."

Hilary was married to Luca's dad, professional ice hockey player, Mike Comrie, from 2010 to 2016.

For her second time down the aisle, she and Matthew, who got engaged in May, chose their Beverly Hills backyard as the setting for their intimate wedding.

An insider told E! News: "They thanked everyone for being there and then yelled, 'Party!'

"Everyone erupted in laughter and got a big kick out of them."

Hilary's older sister Haylie was also in attendance.

The newlyweds posted this romantic picture from their big day on Instagram, simply writing "This."

Matthew also shared it, commenting: "For the rest of forever… 12.21.19."
